The vehicle offered here is a wonderfully preserved and unrestored example from 1959, the last year of production for the 220 S.

According to the factory built sheed, the car was built for the US market and delivered in black (DB 040) with red leather interior.

The car is very well documented. To this day, the original customer service service booklet with many stamped service entries, the original owner's manual, the original spare parts catalog and the original service booklet for the Becker Mexico Radio, stamped on the day of delivery, March 13, 1959, have been preserved. All documents are collected in the original plastic storage bag that was supplied by the factory.

There are also numerous service records from earlier decades on the history of the car.

To find a 220 S Sedan in this condition today is an absolute rarity, looking for it is not recommended.
