Another 300 SL Gullwing finds its way to a new home through our agency. The new owner’s task for us was to find an essentially honest and good original vehicle as the basis for a full restoration.
Many years ago we brought this car from the USA for another customer. He put it in his collection and enjoyed it as it was: unrestored, with traces of the past.
In the 1970s, a previous student owner installed a radio in the sill on the driver’s side, easily accessible. Since he used the car every day to go to university, he also installed a simple air conditioning system on the luggage rack behind the seats.
